# ETK From List Index A standalone ComfyUI node pack for selecting one item from a list by index and converting an ETK `LIST` value into a native ComfyUI list-mapped output. The pack preserves the historical workflow class IDs, input socket names, output order, categories, and selection behavior previously supplied by EternalKernelLiteGraphNodes and SWAIN. Existing workflows do not need node replacement or rewiring. ## Nodes - `ImageFromListIdx` - `LatentFromListIdx` - `ConditioningFromListIdx` - `AudioFromListIdx` - `DictFromListIdx` - `StrFromListIdx` - `BytesFromListIdx` - `IntFromListIdx` - `FloatFromListIdx` - `ETKListToComfyList` (`List To ComfyUI List`) `List To ComfyUI List` returns the contained items through ComfyUI's native list-output contract. A downstream node that does not use `INPUT_IS_LIST` is therefore executed once for every item, instead of receiving one Python list object. ## Install Install the immutable Registry release with Comfy CLI: ```bash comfy node install etk-from-list-index@1.1.0 ``` New Registry releases have a short pending security-scan window. During that window the exact version remains installable, but the `@latest` alias is not added to ComfyUI-Manager's active CNR index yet. Alternatively, clone the public repository into ComfyUI's `custom_nodes` directory and restart ComfyUI: ```bash git clone https://git.hoppingmadgames.com/hmg-comfy/ComfyUI_ETK_From_List_Index.git ``` ## Compatibility The node class IDs intentionally match the legacy definitions. Installing this pack makes it the standalone implementation owner; serialized workflows keep using the same class IDs. ## Release Verification Every release must pass the exact anonymous recursive clone shape used by ComfyUI Manager: ```bash python3 tools/verify_manager_install.py --source . ``` Registry publishing is supported only through the gated wrapper, which reads the API key from standard input and never puts it in process arguments or the environment: ```bash python3 -m tools.publish_registry_release \ --changelog "Describe this release" ``` ## License GPL-3.0-or-later. See `LICENSE`.
